The 2024 China Printing Association flexible Packaging Green High-Quality Development Forum & Shanzhang Industry Night Welcome Dinner Successfully Held!

On July 15th, under the guidance of the China Printing and Equipment Industry Association and the People’s Government of Chao’an District, Chaozhou City, the 2024 China Printing Association Flexible Packaging Green High-Quality Development Forum and the 3rd Chaoshan Soft Packaging Technology Seminar were successfully held at the Fulin Hotel in Anbu Town, Chao’an District—one of China’s four major packaging and printing bases. The event was hosted by the China Printing Association Soft Packaging Printing Branch, the China Printing Association VOCs Control Committee, and the Guangdong Packaging Technology Association, and organized by the Chao’an District Packaging and Printing Industry Association, the Chao’an “University-Industry” Technology Innovation Alliance, and Chaosun (Chaozhou) Information Technology Co., Ltd.

China Printing Association Soft Packaging Green High-Quality Development Forum

Yang Yun, Assistant General Manager of Shanzhang Light Industry, delivered a presentation titled “Insight into Changing Demands, Becoming an Industry Pioneer” at the summit. He provided a brief overview of Shanzhang’s development history—from the YS model rotogravure printing machine in 1990, to the new generation computer-controlled high-speed rotogravure printing machine in 1996, to China’s first direct-drive servo-controlled rotogravure printing machine in 2006, and finally to the launch of the new generation WETEN GE series rotogravure color printing machine in 2024. Shanzhang has always been a technology leader as well as a trend follower.

In 1990, Shanzhang Light Industry manufactured China’s first YS rotogravure printing machine.

In 2024, Shanzhang Industry launched the latest generation of the WETEN GE series rotogravure color printing machine.
