“Innovation-Driven, Creating Brilliance Together” — The Successful Demonstration of Shanzhang Industry’s WETEN GE Series Printing Machines and the Full-Color Water-Based Ink Printing Technology Exchan

On July 16th, the demonstration of Shanzhang Industry’s WETEN GE series printing machines and the full-color water-based ink printing technology exchange with Zhongjia Printing were successfully held!

Li Lihui, Chairwoman of Shanzhang Light Industry, extended a warmly welcome and heartfelt thanks to all the guests present.

The guests toured the exhibition hall to learn about Shanzhang Industry’s development history and latest products.

The visiting group then proceeded to the workshop, where the latest WETEN GE series rotogravure color printing machine developed by Shanzhang Industry was demonstrated. During the live demonstration, the machine achieved stable, high-precision registration while accelerating from 0 to 400 meters per minute. It also featured unattended, fully automatic, nonstop automatic material splicing with waste material kept under 8 meters.

In the afternoon, the group visited Zhongjia Printing Co., Ltd. in Chao’an District, Chaozhou City, to participate in a full-color water-based ink printing technology exchange. The equipment showcased was Shanzhang Industry’s full-color rotogravure printing machine specially designed for water-based inks. Combined with Zhongjia Printing’s comprehensive reforms in pure water-based ink technology, the machine can achieve a production speed exceeding 250 meters per minute in practical application. The printed products exhibit vivid colors and high quality, while the workshop environment is clean and free from the pungent solvent odors common in typical printing workshops. This achieves a comprehensive effect of safety, greenness, environmental protection, and energy saving.
